BCBS family of 5. $1185. I pay all of it.
Please specify whether that is true cost or if your employer pays a percentage.
It sucks that I have to choose between more vacations and healthcare.

Our BCBS plan is either employee only or employee + family. Does not matter how many are in the family. Spouse only or spouse and 5 kids. Premium is the same.
