LOL Enjoy it while you can because about the time she starts brushing her hair you’re a cash machine and a ride to the mall.
But no fear. You will be her favorite as hormones and nature dictate she loves up to daddy so he will override the mom she always argues with.
She will become sweet again when she has children of her own.

She can be if you raise her right, make sure she picks the right friends, etc.

From about 12 to about 24, definitely not

If you raise them right they will. Mine is in her first year out of college and historically in the fall her sorority had father-daughter weekend. She called me this week saying she had an idea did this year for us to do it… we should go to a World Series game. Sounds good to me kid. You can’t get back time so soak it up.

My daughter is 8 and is still sweet, so you still have time to cherish these moments. She is crazy about me. Hopefully what I have done for her so far won't cause "daddy issues" in her teens and 20's. It appears we are on the right track.

Mines 8 and im not being bias when I say she's absolutely beautiful, i hear it all the time. Typical little airheaded blonde cheerleader, already has 100 friends. She does get straight As and doesn't have any attitude whatsoever but I just wonder if I can keep that up when she gets all the attention from boys later on.

Between 13 and 17, you'll want to summon an exorcist occasionally...

They do stay this way but they do it in other ways. Just always be the first phone call is what I tell my friends as they get older. Be the first phone call when shite hits the fan.
Mine is coming in town to get her hair cut today and I am so excited to see her. Enjoy these moments man.

Same here my man. Mine is four as well. I just want to stop time.

My oldest stayed sweet. She’s a mom of a 1 year old now and she’s just the best mom and sweetest lady. A rarity they say.

No you don't. The beauty of parenthood is seeing all of the stages, both sweet and challenging, to hopefully create a beautifully well-rounded person.

My two girls are 18 (no pics) and 16 (no pics you pedos). There are ups and downs with attitudes over the years. There are always those phases teenagers go through where they think they know everything, and those phases where the parental units are embarrassing to them. But don't worry....they will always love you.

All you can do is keep being a good dad (which I sense you are)……
I remember those moments and hate Facebook memories.
Our youngest of three is a senior and completed his Eagle requirements last night. We guided all our boys to be Eagle Scouts and are nerds…..but they are stellar humans. I just pray the world doesn’t corrupt them.

There is a lot of truth to this. It’s all about the perspective though. You have to see the whole picture.

Our little girl is almost 4 and this has been a great year filled with a new stage of her childhood. So inquisitive and such a sweet child.
Her little brother on the other hand - that boy has some demons in him. Both his diapers and attitude are downright foul

I have three. I could lie and tell you they will but. One day they will go to their room and come out completely different. They will still be sweet but just not the same

For the most part, so far with mine (21 now)

As a father of two girls (11,6) the onion cutting is deep up in here.
Damn, I’m soft.
