Tell me if my roommates request is reasonable...

I recently went through treatment and decided to rent a house with a friend I made while in there. Long story short, after a month of him initially refusing to work or search for a job, refusing to pick up after himself, barely making most of the rent payments, but having yet to pay me for a single other bill, and refusing to actually work a program and remain sober, I asked him to leave, and he reluctantly, childishly obliged (he sort of had to, since he had thrown an absurd temper tantrum a week before after I disabled the wifi for a day until he could prove to me he actually worked some Instacart shifts that day, which he could not).
So last night the low in Austin was 38. I wake up this morning and two windows are open (and the heater is obviously running). I text him to say dude, please don't leave the windows open when it's cold outside and the heater's running, I'm the only one paying the bill. I also asked him to quit leaving the stove top fan on. This is his response:
Upvote if you think his request is reasonable.
...this is a 30 year old man. Who works a minimum wage job. And can't pay his own bills. He is basically a walking amalgamation of every negative stereotype of millennials.
And yeah, if it wasn't obvious enough, he's an only child, from a wealthy family. How do you explain to someone this entitled...just how entitled they are? It's basically impossible, right? It serves no purpose? Should I bother engaging him at all until he leaves?

Is it a lot to read right now while I'm driving I'm kind of getting the gist of it with regards to things like the window and events those are more matters of us negotiating how we want to live with each other because leaving windows open overnight are an important thing for my comfort and I usually leave the fans on in the kitchen just to help with air circulation in the house. So saying that they're common courtesy is not entirely true what is common courtesy is to have a conversation about why it makes each other comfortable or meets their needs and try to accommodate that

Just dump him bro. You want to better yourself, surround yourself with better people. You are enabling this dude to keep being a shithead

He needs to go now assuming you can afford the place yourself.

He’s using again, obviously

Immediately remove that person from your life, permanently.

Why did you order the story to make it seem like he's still living with you after you asked him to leave, and he obliged?

Tell him he can leave the window open on cold nights when he’s paying half the utility bill.

You know exactly what type person he is. He won’t change. Make him do all that someplace else

What fan in the kitchen? Like an actual ceiling fan or is he running the stove exhaust to "circulate air"
