In real world that would be correct. We have been divorced for 8 years now. Figured shite would be settled by now.

Guess not.

Judge gave us 50/50. She has chosen to stay with me 100%. I'm good with that. She needs security and stability. I thought her mom was trying to reach out and do her right yet here we are.

Maybe if she didn’t grow up in a broken home she’d be more grateful

The reason that kids are cute and lovable when they are little is so you don’t kill them as teenagers. They are easily the most vile creatures on earth

“Train up a child in the way they should go and when they are OLD, they will not depart from it.”

Don’t say they won’t be little ungrateful dirtbags between now and then....

she shouldn't be pissed at you if it's mom's fault.

she can always try and get that number back from the other carrier i suppose?, but at least you got her a new sim to be able to use a phone.. vs not being able to use a phone..

tell her that even if she can't recognize it now.. it's not the end of the world.

I was about 12. My uncle took me to six flags. We had a blast. I'll spare you the details of all the fun, but needless to say it was great. Got home, ran out the car and didn't say, "Thank you."

The next day my dad says, "Your uncle said you didn't say Thank you."

frick.

I got the most guilt trip talk you could imagine a kid getting, and I felt like absolute dogshit.

To this day, I feel terrible about that. And with my kids I stress the importance of always saying, "Thank yo

To this day? Why didn’t you just call him the next day and apologize? Jesus.

See this is what I don’t understand... you’re bitching about teenagers, but you and your baby’s mother created this mess and are too stupid to realize what you need to do to actually make them grateful

Take her damn phone and make her get a job and pay for one herself...

I bet you won’t. And I also bet that you continue to bitch about how ungrateful your child is
