I would put money on it not happening the way the cop wrote in his report.
His report should be thrown out considering we already know the cop lied in it.
According to the report, the officer couldn't see the teen's hands and that he was afraid he may have a weapon. Video evidence shows that was a complete fabrication, so I think it's safe to assume the "darted into the bushes" is also a complete fabrication.

Its legal or its not legal. Like pregnant or not pregnant. An officer's instructions are considered legal in an instance like this, per the Supreme Court. The point is there was "reasonable suspicion", which no one here can reasonably deny. Once the officer determines there is no crime being committed, everything is over.

He was to speak at a public meeting during the public comments. School Board doesn't like what's being said, closes public comments, closes meetings says everyone is trespassing. Lackey cops then evacuate the room.
Forget about a teen getting tased. The bigger issue is the cops are going to come after you when it's between you and their paycheck.

Well you aren't paying attention, because he wasn't entering the home. He was trying to get his GF to let him in, which he told the cop. The cop profiled him, lets be straight up here. The cop could have just sat there and waited for the gf to come out and confirm that the guy was indeed going in that house.

Yeah, but people who do this deserve a asp beating. Especially if the cop is being cool.
Images from the blm bullshite come to mind and the way they treated cops who were just standing there having to take it...
