Ahhh, I glanced at the article as I didn't have time to read it all.

If I were to be on that jury, I'm not convicting him. Stupid kid got what he deserved.

Happened in Nola a couple years ago although the grand jury thankfully declined to prosecute. But the guy was arrested for shooting a burglar.

I don't understand what you're saying. New York is constantly in the news for police brutality, holding suspects indefinitely without charges filed, having the toughest penalties in the nation for carrying concealed (Plaxico Buress & Lil Wayne each spent a year in jail), and generally being tough as shite on crime.

Were you trying to turn this into a liberal vs. conservative thing?
