Legally the mans life was no longer in danger so him pulling a u turn and running down the kid in his truck was a crime. But I would have done the same fricking thing and I hope the kid gets raped and killed in prison.

Read the link - said the man who was robbed was in court on a charge of attempted robbery.

Meanwhile Pierre appeared in court today charged with attempted murder where his lawyer argued that Sam 'got what he deserved' during the bungled theft.
According to the New York Daily News, attorney James P. Harding said: 'I don’t mean to be harsh, but I think Mr. Sam in a sense was getting what he deserved.

It's New York, so naturally, that father of 3 is going to jail for a while while the would-be thief's family will get some cash.

That's not what I would want my lawyer saying if I was in this situation.

Dude tries to rob guy of shoes. Proceeds to have his arm ripped off. How is he gonna tie any laces now?

Mr. Sam thought the penalty stealing shoes was to be sent to the desert to dig holes and shite.
He's gonna be busier than a one-armed man in a hole digging contest.
