But just because a kid is texting or browsing something, that is not disrupting the class, whats the big deal? Are they just butthurt because the kid isn't paying attention to them?

High School teachers always blow shite out of proportion.
Two options:
1. This dude is a troll because I have to pray people are not really this stupid.
2. He is being serious and is a perfect example of why society gets worse every year. He is also the guy who would "give the school a visit" if a boy was taking upskirt pictures of his daughter at school with a cell phone when it was in the school policy that he could not have it.

What is funny, is I have many AA students who have white names as well. Ex: Jenifer. Michael, Cameron, Kevin etc
