I think this policy is unconvincing when proposed to warrant criminal charges.

the woman was NOT his teacher... the 18 year old student went to a DIFFERENT school in a totally DIFFERENT district...
so the 18 year old is good enough to die for his country, but can't have a relationship with a 22 year old, who happens to be a teacher at another school.... what the fricking frick?

This is just people getting their nose in other people’s business where it doesn’t belong. Initiated by an 18 year old, and even the parents don’t have an issue with it. She wasn’t even a teacher at his school and is only 4 years older than him. She was attaining a certificate at another school. Way to completely blow this out of proportion.

Although I don't agree with the policy, I could understand the arrest if they were at the same school.

if there is less then 10 yrs age difference then i have no raised eyebrow over age differences. hell even 15 is kind of a a "meh"
that said, teachers younger then 35 shouldnt be allowed to teach high school in today sex crazy world. its the only way to reduce these things from happening.
