WYHI after the puck hit it?

Seems a pretty well known potential (assumed?) risk of attending a hockey game.

Too bad it didn't hit her in the nose. Maybe she could get a free nose job.

I know in LA there was a case from a golf tourney that made it to the LA Supreme Court. They held that you accept the risk of being hit by a ball when on the course. On the contrary, they found for the plaintiff in a case where a guy who wasn't on the tee or preparing to hit a ball was just randomly practice swinging and hit another guy. They said that wasn't an assumed risk.

Damn, I should have gotten a lawyer last week when I was playing in a charity golf event. Some clown a fairway over hit his shot 90* away from his target and hit me with a glancing blow to the back of the head on a tee box 100 yards away. He apologized and we laughed it off, didn't really hurt.

Did she look like Rocky Dennis before it hit her?

Edit - and the HOF for the Stros beats me to it.

Wonder if she'll press for DV charges against the player?
