Damn, I should have gotten a lawyer last week when I was playing in a charity golf event. Some clown a fairway over hit his shot 90* away from his target and hit me with a glancing blow to the back of the head on a tee box 100 yards away.

I should have clarified. In the case that went to the plaintiff, the defendant hit him with his CLUB and not a ball. You get hit with a ball, tough luck. Some dude is swinging his club around like an a-hole, you are in the dollars.

A Tampa Bay Lightning fan who was struck by a puck is gaining the services of a lawyer after being hit in the face during the Lightning-Devils series.

That's like going to a baseball game and getting hit by a foul ball--if you don't want to potentially be hit by a ball/puck, don't go to the game!!

Geez, hopefully the judge throws this crap out. Too much stupid shite like this is allowed to clog the courts.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this was her first hockey game of the season. She was probably on social media bragging about her good seats for a playoff game.

Usually posting stuff like "we're not responsible for blah blah blah" doesn't necessarily absolve you from responsibility.
