The older women on the Italian side of my family all have back and shoulder issues because of their giant racks. My daughter (12, so frick off) is going to have the same issue. She will more than likely get a reduction at some point.

My wife's giant tits are what initially attracted me to her. In all honesty I don't think I'd have stuck around without them. They are that spectacular. Shes a great lady, don't get me wrong. But lets be honest, great ladies are pretty common...righteous tits however...don't find those everyday.

My ex had a reduction. The scaring is pretty gnarly. They remove the nipple and reattach it. Then there are scar lines where they reduced skin.
