Holy shite! Talk about cherry picking statistics.
She seems to have conveniently left off the fact that homicides ROSE by 71% in her first year in office (2017) to a RECORD HIGH. In 2018 she's right, there was a decrease from 2017's MOST HOMICIDES IN HISTORY. Yet, despite the minimal decrease, 2018 still had the most homicides (not counting 2017) in 10 years. 2019 had slightly less than 2018, but would STILL rank 3rd in total homicides over a 7 year span.
2020 is not over, but at just past the halfway point we are currently on pace to have the most or second most murders in history.
So if you are keeping score at home, her four years in office are on pace to be close to, if not the most violent 4 years in Baton Rouge history. Yet, her office is touting as an "accomplishment" the fact murders dropped a whopping TEN.PERCENT. from the worst year in Baton Rouge history.

How about the "Better Together" billboards? How much did those cost? How about the hundreds of thousands of dollars spent to campaign against private citizens trying to incorporate their area of the parish? How much money is now being spent to sue those same people because you don't like the outcome of a free and legal election? Could have donated that right?
