Update
According to the deal being struck, van f’er sloot will be sent back to Peru to serve the remaining part of his sentence after the proceeding are over in alabama.
Once he finishes his Peruvian sentence, he will be went back to the US to serve whatever sentence he receives for his wire fraud charges against Holloway

Makes me sick. The only acceptable outcome would be if someone shanks him the first day he is in prison here. Or better still, if his fellow criminals beat the shite out of him every day for the 10 years he will get.
True, but I'm not counting on him to tell them what really happened. Unless he leads them to some remains, I don't know how they can believe a word he says. They will have to accept that he killed her, as you say, which is what they've known all along. I don't think he sold her, but who really knows.

I only said that because the cops found quite a few pics of them doing degrading sex stuff. Wouldn't surprise me if he was a snuffer. Guys can force/convince naive girls into stupid stuff in certain environments. Nothing against her.

He was sentenced to the maximum of 20 years, but it is to be served "concurrently" with the sentence in Peru assuming he serves that full amount of time in Peru. If he is released before the 20 years, he would have to return to the US to complete the sentence. Doesn't sound like he's going to be in federal prison here. He's going back to Peru.

That's what it sounds like. The news I'm following just reported that the judge said he provided details of her brutal murder and details on why her remains will never be found.
I think this is a theory that was presumed. Either he raped her and then killed her or he tried to have sex with her and when he refused, he killed her.
