Wait. Did these two judges ask the supreme court to throw out and ignore a properly amended part of the Constitution? By definition nothing in a Constitution can be unconstitutional.

Age is relevant when it does effect one's work habits. More than a few court insiders claim JC works by far less actual hours than any other sitting District Judge. Picture an RBG Lite. And remember this is a District Judge who used a convict in one of her re-election ads. Till she was told to cease & desist the ad. This is a big win for potential judicial reform in B.R.

She is unopposed as of now. And she has had opponents in the past but apparently Jomo Jenkins resonates with her constituency. To be fair, I'm not sure if Jomo is a convicted felon or not.

What does it matter? You're just replacing one incompetent robe with another. What kind of lawyer takes a huge pay-cut to be a judge?
