I loved In Living Color...from the opening song to the skits and to the Fly Girls...J-Lo was a fly girl by the way. Show was hilarious. I still watch the reruns. I often think about how this show would fair today...not a chance!!! The snowflake liberals and their media allies would have an absolute meltdown over it. RIP In Living Color!

And Jennifer Lopez was a Fly Girl!!!!

I enjoyed In Living Color more than SNL. Big launching pads for Jim Carrey, Jamie Foxx, and the Wayans, among others.

Show wasn't the same after the Wayans got in a fight with Fox and left. Of course, the fight was over censorship which was probably the start of the snowflakes... but if the Wayans would have stayed and Fox would have gotten over themselves, who knows how long it could have stayed on.

I really miss In Living Color.

My favs:

Anton Jackson (homeless man)
Handi Man
Homey D Clown
Runaway Slave
Men on Film

Basically anything Damon Wayans did on the show. He is a comedic genius.

In Living Color was the shizzy right up to the point where Fox's inability to let their raging success continue to be a raging success caused the Wayans family to eventually leave by the 4th season (although much of it was done by the end of the 3rd season but any appearance in a season is considered being part of that season). Nothing like that would be on TV til Dave Chappelle came along a decade or so later.

My favorites:
-Homeboy Shopping Network LINK
-Men On... LINK
-Homey D. Clown LINK
-Anton Jackson LINK
-Oswald Bates LINK

I always knew Damon Wayans was a big part of the success of the show but it's not until looking at this list that I realized how intrinsic he was.

Click the links and have a few good laughs on your Friday.

Let’s get busy!

That pointer finger

Even though Jim Carey and Damon Wayans were my favorites, Keenan Ivory’s arsenio and Mike Tyson were great characters.

Haven’t seen Calhoun Tubbs mentioned. Was trying to link The Funeral skit from my phone, having issues with that.

One year In Living Color had a Super Bowl halftime show. The Super Bowl was on another network.

ILC started their show when the first half ended and ran a count down clock in the lower right corner showing how long until the game started the third quarter. ILC ended the show when the timer reached zero.
