Suggestion on what to do about noisy neighbors

There is a group of kids playing outside the house a couple doors down from me.. being very loud and disruptive. It looks like they are riding some sort of scooters around, yelling and just making a ton of noise in general. They do not look like our normal neighbor kids which leads me to believe that they must be kids of extended family or they might be having a kit together to think their maids or babysitters. If they were neighborhood kids I recognized I might let it slide but these kids do not have the same level of trust. I have tried flashing my lights a couple times on and off but it hasn’t worked. I am thinking about calling a tip into the police saying there is a suspicious group of teens walking around the neighborhood and be “pretty sure” one of them is armed.
Does the ot have any ideas?

Other thread had a child predator saying there were no kids playing on the streets today but here you are stating the opposite. Clearly they just all waited until tonight to play with their presents

Make the call to the PoPos. They have caller ID and will drop by later to discuss your false report. Or charge you with accessory to murder if one of the kids gets shot.

Before anything else, don't be stupid and tell the cops you think one of them is armed unless you know for a fact they are. You will get someone killed being a moron saying shite like that.
That being said, people will say mind your own business in this thread but if it's causing a disturbance, you're well within your rights to call the police.
And no, they won't laugh it off. Typically they do send people out to take care of the situation so don't let people on here tell you the police won't do anything
