I’m in Denham close to I-12, and the wind has been nuts, but so far no high water. I’m across from South Fork Elementary (So pretty close to Walker). It’s calm now so thinking we are in the eye. Just a few more hours and we should be ok the downslope of Ida.

I’m at the next exit west, I12 and 21. We are still getting strong gusts and pounding rain. Doesn’t seem as intense as it was a few hours ago.

2016 at Maurepas was not as high as 2012
