There has been zero shift toward Texas overnight. It may hit Texas, but there is nothing trending that way at the moment.

ETA: models are consolidating around central LA, but still early without a center.

With the current setup the stronger it is the more it can push the ridge so the more east it will go

Looks like going to be pretty strong and its center is forming on the north end of circulation so I think white lake to plaquemines parish should be the most concerned

LC as of now has a greater than 50% chance of being on the west side

I don't think the models are done shifting eastward. If the models continue shifting you are talking blowing over Havana and the MS/AL line starts looking more probable. But what do I know. I'll leave that type of conjecture to Duke and rds.
