Seems like every update shows lower winds for BR. Just said gusts 70-75. Down from 110 to 90 to 80.

Extrapolated pressure is 954MB which is about 10 since last fix. It’s currently dropping 3mb an hour. That is very impressive. This could easily hit 930’s or 920’s at this rate.

Arriving night shift recon mission finds the strongest winds yet in #Ida of ~105-110 mph in the SE eyewall, and these were not on the strongest side of the storm (north and northeast). Will need more passes to assess the true maximum intensity.
