The HRRR is my favorite model for severe weather outbreaks, but it's not really built for hurricanes from what I understand. Still a good model, this just isn't really it's purpose.
I do think it's pretty close on the "landfall".

This thing is gonna scrape the Florida coast like an Asian woman rubbing her Lexus SUV down a line of parked cars and then come back for more around WPB.

Assholes at work finally realized it was a dumb idea to bring in all non essential staff here in Jupiter about a mile and a half from the ocean. fricking idiots.

I hope for some clarity in the next two forecast predictions.
I either need to get out in the next few hours or I'd be wasting the reasoning to stay if I go. It doesn't seem like there's anything inbetween a direct hit or only strong tropical storm/weak hurricane winds.

Yeah this morning I did a bunch of physical therapy evals 90 year Olds who were dumped off at hospital since their family can't take care of them in the storm that the retarded doctors don't even bother to screen. Real productive.

For something that can really cause damage, it sure is pretty.

I see that as a total waste of time. After the hurricane maybe ... but today? Why??

That is beyond comprehension. It blows my mind how some businesses are treating this like a fast moving tropical depression.
