Read an article yesterday saying long term use can actually lower BP.
Went to VA yesterday, BP was 112/64.
Just saying

It’s been widely known for years that thc can cause heart attacks within the first 20 minutes of ingestion.

This. It amazes me how society regards smoking tobacco versus smoking pot. As if inhaling chemicals of any kind directly into your lungs is good somehow or safe.....

That’s why I just drink rotgut whiskey and take handfuls of opiates from a doctor...because it’s LEGAL!

And what’s legal always means best.

After all, politicians make laws and they care about us, they told me so on the news. You know who never told me they cared about me? Farmers, growing their dirty, disgusting plants in the ground.
You know what else is a plant? Poison Ivy! You wouldn’t smoke that, would you?
Nope. That’s why I don’t mess around with stuff that’s full of bugs. Nope, just natural, legal, oxycodone and jack daniels for me. Those for sure don’t grow out of some nasty dirt.

Nah Big Tabacco is simply diverting their business model into legal weed, while delaying overall legalization so they have the time to get infrastructure in place to continue to be a huge player in that space

Didn't read, but this morning the doctor actually said that this is anecdotal with barely any evidence to support it.

And screw CNN, they’re no more reliable than The Onion.
Hate to break it to you, but much of the legal weed and vape in this country is funded by big tobacco.

Pretty much all THC claims are anecdotal. At best, relational. It's against the law to do most clinical studies with it.

It's due to limited studies. Because its a Schedule I drug. Nothing like scheduling it in a way that it's more "dangerous" than meth, oxycodone, and fentanyl.

Thanks, Nixon.

Anecdotal at best. Study is very poorly done. They don't even take a look at vaping flower. Only smoking and vaping THC concentrates.

The studies do seem to indicate that smoking 4 joints a day every day isn't too for your heart. TBH it is probably the 4 bags of Doritos you eat after smoking that are bad for your heart
