So I know women cheat but in terms of heterosexual males having affairs, anecdotally where do you think the stats really fall? Most studies cite between 15-60% of married males.

Just from personal experience having a lot of married male friends I’d say it’s probably higher than the 60%.

Jesus christ you need better friends, and I would love to hear your definition of cheating.

Sounds like a poorly designed study with that range of results.

I see an affair as any physical relationship outside of marriage..as well as any emotional affair.

Most men I know would rather go fish, hunt, or play golf than put forth the effort it would take to have an affair or deal with another woman’s shite.

I’d say less than 25% of men cheat. I’d think that be a lot higher for women.

I read a study some time age (sorry no link) that said among heterosexual males black males were in the highest percent to have extra marriage/relationship affairs, by a large margin. But even they paled in comparison to homosexual males who were somewhere in the 90% plus area.

I don't know how these studies are conducted but it was shocking if true.

It’s crossing that fine line of friendship as a married individual. Thinking about the person when you’re away from them, telling them intimate details about your life or relationship, having that sexual tension even if it’s unsaid. It’s breaking a trust with your spouse.
