From what I was told about him last year from people who know him, he was really sick last year. Its been a while since I was told about him, but I am pretty sure he has cancer or is in remission.

I'm surprised people haven't tried to change the field sobriety test to make it less predatory. I don't plan on being a drunk test professional but seems bullshite to me.
