BTW Reddit has banned this video from being posted so tons of NFL fans will go the rest of their lives thinking Lacy was racially profiled and was completely innocent.

What is 100% clear is Lacy did not stop.

Yeah and lying lawyer says he did stop just as they were showing the video of him cruising past!

Kyren did pass in a no passing zone but IMO he did not cause that wreck.

I don't think he caused it but I think he contributed to it. If I'm DA he's getting careless op or wreckless but not negligent homicide by any means.

There were a few Reddit posts in the last 24 hours doxxing then cop and calling him a racist.

Of course this video is no where to be found on Reddit.

Trump, it's time to put Reddit in your cross hairs. Breeding ground for domestic terrorism.

I think this is where I am.

Someone asked if no green charger would this have happened. Maybe. Maybe not. What if gold truck was actually turning right into that lot? Maybe he wasn’t. Was he asked if that was evasive action? I don’t know.

I’m still wondering why black box info from his truck and Lacy’s car wasn’t shown if obtained m. And if not obtained, then why wasn’t it?

It's a funny thing: we all watched the same video, yet white folks see it one way, and black folks (and some LSU fans) see it the opposite.

Here we go. once all the facts start coming out ON VIDEO, looking worse for Lacy's side, the black card gets played.

State troopers CYA, to me they just proved he didn't cause the crash even more. The truck driver LIED his azz off also!

What an idiot. As soon as the trooper walks into the scene, 4 different witnesses are telling him a green charger was the cause of the accident.

Some of you must feel really stupid for taking that shiny hook from his attorney a few days ago.

I think my current stance is that KL isn't being railroaded as it seemed like he was a couple days ago. And I think he and the lady who swerved into oncoming traffic are both to blame, with KL getting more basically because he was the first domino in the chain of events that caused the accident. I think that's where I stand. I'm not sure if vehicular manslaughter is the correct charge or not, but if you cause an accident (which they believe he did) and someone dies, is that the right charge?

It's so hard to tell one way or the other, and anyone latched on to a position is being dishonest.

On one hand, he was driving extremely dangerously passing up cars at a high rate of speed in a no passing lane.

On the other hand, he was pretty far away from the wreck, and it looked like the person swerved really early into the other lane.

In a civil case I think he probably get's hammered for driving negligently.

In a criminal case, I don't see how you can say with just the videos publicly available that his actions beyond a reasonable doubt caused the accident.

He killed HIMSELF. That is the point in all of this.

I’m so sick of this victimization bullshite.

Only the black community in this country can 100% blame everything around a person for shooting his own self.

Per his lawyer he was 92 yards away, and he was passing people so you have to assume a high rate of speed. 92 yards when people are driving toward each other isn't really that far away.

This is what should have happened.

He likely caused the gold truck to quickly decelerate, but the white car was either/or following to close, travelling at an excessive rate of speed, or distracted. Had they been following at a safe distance/speed and alert they likely do not need to swerve into oncoming traffic.

Either way Lacy should have stopped.

The media is a problem. It is all like the national Enquirer from days of old. It should be factual reporting only and fines and jail for sensationalism, and loss of publishing rights after 3rd time.
