Wow. This attorney seems really slow
If he's speaking slowly, he probably knows his target audience.

Take this fwiw. I know a surgeon at the hospital that the police officer was taken to after the incident. He said that the officer's eyes were both extremely swollen and one of them was full of blood. He said that the officer could've been shooting blindly for a portion of the shots.
HIPAA violation. Sweet

there were reports of shooting at police, Molotov cocktails have been confirmed etc
As recently as last night as well.
Although I'm not a fan of MSNBC b/c they slant everything, they have pretty good coverage of it - even the presser at 1am last night.

It's used to prove close up shots and I don't think we've heard anyone claim he was within 5-10 feet have we? Maybe I'm missing this.
I don't think we've heard that... We know the final resting place was like 35ft from the car, but we don't know where the officer was standing at that point.
If the officer pursued, the officer could have only been 10ft away at time of secondary firing.

The shot came from behind and exited the eye?
Posted on 8/18/14 at 9:56 am to Lsut81
Ok, what that lawyer just said doesn't match up to what the report supposedly said.
Have to hear from Baden.
Lawyer claiming theres and entry point on head above eye and exit at eye.

I'm not familiar with Missouri evidence law, but that's (the video) going to be tough to introduce.
It was taken in the moments just before the shooting. I think it comes in. But then, I do think there will be a prosecution.

All bullets were fired into his front.
Is that true?
Did the officer only shoot 6 times?

He never explained how the first one was determined to be "back to front." I'm confused.

I don't know that the frick the back to front was... But claiming his head was all the way down because he was surrendering.

I'm reading it right now in the autopsy.

BACK TO FRONT!?!?!
This is the first idiot that I've seen that actually claimed based off the autopsy the bullet wounds came from behind
It shows the exact opposite!! Didn't the bullet get lodged in his neck?

HIPAA is a joke.
The fines and penalties are not. And any person found to have discussed the PHI in a high profile case like this outside of normal acceptable channels would likely be fired on the spot.
