Baden said the second autopsy isn't uncommon, but a 3rd autopsy which the feds are about to do is very uncommon.

Doesn't sound like Baden is going to give too much info... Sounds like he is only going to state how many shots and did Brown suffer.

But then, I do think there will be a prosecution.

McCulloch will have to want this to go to trial for there to be a trial, IMO. Given his political aspirations, I'm not sure he wants to pick up that hot potato.

Well that's all that he knows. This is a pointless press conference.

Dr. Baden said that while Mr. Brown was shot at least six times, only three bullets were recovered from his body. But he has not yet seen the X-rays showing where the bullets were found, which would clarify the autopsy results. Nor has he had access to witness and police statements.

I'm reading it right now in the autopsy

The autopsy will show how many bullets struck Brown and where.
It can't show how many bullets were fired. It's certainly possible that the officer fired at Brown as he was walking away and missed. Then Brown turned around and charged and was shot 6 times.

I don't think the family is going to like what Baden is saying... "St Louis county pathologist is very capable and I don't expect any issues with her autopsy"

Well that wasn't in his script.

What kind of sense of entitlement do you have to have, to have just robbed a store, and still not move over to the sidewalk when being called out about it?
If I just robbed a store, I'm not expecting the royal treatment from the police. If the officer murdered the kid, I hope he gets what's coming to him but, I'm having a hard time throwing my support behind the Browns from what we know thus far.
It's time for order to be restored regardless of who's feelings get hurt.

Baden just admitted that the shots could have happened while rushing the officer and he would have collapsed immediately upon them... Pretty sure he's referring to the face/head shot.

I've not followed this thread. But has it been brought up that a lady claiming to be this cop's BF's wife called into a radio show and gave what she says was the cop's account of what happened?

Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.

I'm appalled by this. SHOWING A PENIS AND SCROTUM IS NOT NECESSARY!

He seemed to have been nervous while stating that.

The fines and penalties are not. And any person found to have discussed the PHI in a high profile case like this outside of normal acceptable channels would likely be fired on the spot.

I'm very familiar with HIPAA. That's exactly why it is a joke. Verbal violation is almost impossible to prove.

Yepp. If he wants it to go to trial, it will. If he doesn't want it to go to trial, it won't. Ball will be in his court.
