Yup, like I said in the thread on the poll board... Ultimately, the biggest thing is whether he was shot in the back or not. There is no way another autopsy can interpret that evidence differently.
If there are no shots in the back and the eyewitnesses whom we have heard from have both given statements to what they have said in interviews, then their statements are incorrect and will be destroyed in court.

I would argue the range from which he was shot is equally as important. Evidence of presence or absence cuts/bruising on his hands and the pattern is also very important. There's a bit more importance to an autopsy than what you're letting on here. And after the last national case for murder vs wrongful death's outcome, more eyes don't really hurt anything.

There is much more than the example I used and I never claimed there wasn't.
My point is that the 2 witnesses we have heard give statements and have riled up the protestors claimed that he was simply running away and the cop shot him in the back.
If there are no shots in the back, their smokeshow is to shite and any statements they have made thus far are dick.
