Why in the world would I have ever gone into North County as a high school student?
I actually did once or twice. Once for a party. It was surreal. I was one of maybe 5 white people in a party of 100. Some black girl kept asking my friend and me if we were models. Her reasoning? Our eyebrows and how full they were. shite you not. It was like the Twilight Zone.
Don't know why I never really heard of Ferguson. Knew of Florissant, Jennings, Black Jack, Hazelwood, Bridgeton, Bel-Nor, but never heard of Ferguson and a whole host of other North City/North County areas.

Has the race of the officer been determined yet? If he was in fact AA, and convicted of murdering Brown... would that be documented as black on black crime?

The hat yes. I saw one picture and couldn't tell on the flip flops. He had on a white shirt and khaki pants (the one where he was dead in the street).

That's no doubt the same dude lying in the street. The other dude the cops saw on the video was still with him during the shooting.

The socks distinctly stand out. He is wearing striped-ish tube socks in the surveillance video and on the street.

The copy of the police report posted says that the officer working the robbery went to the shooting scene and positively identified Brown as the guy in the video. Cue conspiracy and cover up theories.
