Most people would live in it two years to avoid capital gains.

I buy one every year. About.25 years ago I bought a ticket for their car raffle that was held at a fishing tournament and I won a Lincoln Aviator.

Does anyone know anyone who buys these raffle tickets and won a prize?

I do. My brother-in-law. A few years ago. But he had been buying $1000 worth of tickets for 20 years. It's a great way to support St Judes

Take out a mortgage.

Can’t afford that, sell it.

Did their last name start with a W?

No.

The process of paying for the taxes of it and flipping it back took a few months and netted them a few hundred thousand dollars but was also a little stressful.

I still see the house that it was and it’s sort of the worst house in the whole neighborhood.

I buy 2 tickets every year for probably 10 years.

Haven't won anything. Don't know anyone personally that has.

Read fine print, you need to be in the jurisdiction of where the house is.

Also be ready to pay taxes on the home if you win.

Yes, St. Jude is a legit giveaway, it's not rigged.

Yes, know someone that won it up in Monroe. The giveaway is completely legit. All of this is spot on.
