100 acres ain't shite. Whenever this crazy bitch referred to her "family land" I was picturing thousands of acres.

100 acres is what we live on - 2 houses, 2 shops, sheds, barns, 4 pastures, etc. that does not include the property on the levee, over the levee, on the river (where we rent out camps. There is property ducks unlimited is planing trees on and using for some wildlife program, the wood, the pecan orchards, where we gator hunt, our hunting property (highly sought after, etc.

I say 100 as that is what we use for the cows and the rest is fairly wild. When I say 25 acres, I mean our front yard and back yard where we don't have horses and cows roaming.

I don't like giving specifics on exactly what our "property" is because our family name is fairly well know as we have hunters who hunt on our land, our family is known in this town and I live an extremely private life.

Even in my writing career, I do not write under my real name. I am an introvert in real life and do not like attention. I am happy to be anonymous here and everywhere in life. Less drama and BS.

The oint if the inventory list is ti demonstrate that were are a family farn

You wrote:"Trailer? Not hardly, dear. We own TWO houses free and clear which sit on our property of about 100 acres, also owned free and clear, including riverfront property, highly in demand hunting property and levee property."

That paragraph states that you live on 100 acres that includes the riverfront property, hunting property and levee property.

You probably live in a trailer on a a 50 ft lot and have some very specific fantasies that you can't seem to keep straight.

Do you realize that most of the people you are thanking for their good advice are NOT attorneys and are giving you horrible advice that does not follow the law?

God dammit. Please post the name of the attorney who advised you that the settlement was up to you and your family to figure out.

That wasn't my face, that was a 13 ft alligator mu husband and friend caught.

Even the pic I posted the other day was just me from the back. Only once did I ever post a face pics and that was early on and only for 3 minutes.

I rarely leave home so most people don't know what I look like anyway in real life in our town.

What did your father do to contract mesothelioma?

Dad worked in Avondale in the 60s,-70s, he was also a contractor who did carpentry including roofing asbestos insulation, etc. He was exposed to it almost his entire career. He also built 2 of his own homes, worked blowing insulation in plants, etc. His case was incredible severe.

he had an credibly rare lung cancer caused by asbestos and mesothelioma. The didn't even fight his claim because it was so obvious and so severe. he was only about 60 when he died and was sedated in hospice for weeks.

They don't really fight them much anyway. There's billions of dollars set aside to just settle and companies are required to continue to contribute to the fund for years to come. It's pretty easy to get some kind of money cancer or not if you work in the plants.

Some people can draw money now just for working in the plants but they basically sign away their future rights to any further claims for like $300 per month or something.

My dad currently has lung cancer and it has been attributed to mesothelioma and we are going through this now.
