If you haven't realized that you need to talk to a lawyer about the succession, then this entire thread is a waste. And, if you already have a lawyer for the succession, then this thread is a waste.
Not the PI laywer for the meso claim, but a lawyer handling the succession (either petitioning for a JOP, or representing your interest if someone else already has filed).
At the risk of sounding like a jerk, it sounds like you do not realize all the potential issues. But, it does sound like you think you do.

A, B, F and G inherit equally.
It may be "fair" to cut the others in. That's up to A, B, F and G.

Not necessarily. If the settlement is not a community asset then wife 3 gets nothing (assuming there was no will).
Regardless, this isn't something that the heirs can just agree upon and split up how they wish, and without a lawyer there is a very high chance that something will get messed up.
