Abysmal graduation rate
Violence is rampant
Their power grid is junk. Multiple power outages since classes resumed.

Maybe a parts issue?
One of our elementary schools had the gym a/c fail. 6 weeks to get the part in.
They have tried a bunch of temp solutions but they fail every couple of days.

GFY, Wiz. It's a public institution, so any power related issues are due to inadequate funding. Any violance is unrelated to the student body.
