Damn, they obviously have some major drainage issues around there. Sucks because Mestizos is really good.

Jesus. Didn't realize it rained that bad today.

I don't see why not, pretty shitty the city hasn't corrected the drainage issue on their property

That would have been a better story.

I ran into some street flooding on Bluebonnet near the library. I was never gonna doubt this happening.

And the next council meeting will devote 90% of the time discussing which street names need to be changed to appease the Black Lives Matter movement as 30 black people are unable to work today because of the flooding.

This pattern started a few years back. This area never flooded before then. Something is going on to make this happen.

That stinks.
Seems like from what I was seeing earlier people in Destrehan were flooding again today just five weeks after their last flash flood. The pumps were late to come on or something.

This. It seems when BLM needs something, SWB and Latoya the Destroya move quickly. Pot holes and drainage? That's an issue for the next administration.

The neighborhood behind George’s flooded again too . Two feet of water in homes.

It always flooded under the railroad tracks but I don't remember it flooding that far north of the tracks. Does seem as if something new has caused this to start being such an issue.

My family and I were trapped at the Saltgrass Steak House right off the interstate at Acadian for about an hour. Both interstate on ramps were underwater.
