Something has to be done about YELP

Our home service trade business has 35 yelp reviews.... 29 are great and Positive but hidden (not shown), 3 are very negative from jobs back in 2017, 2017, 2018 and 3 are positive - The 3 positive reviews they display aren't even really that great of reviews compared to the great positive reviews with a lot of detail that are hidden.
We have lost a lot of business because of these damn bad reviews from 5- 6 years ago.
Why don't they fricking show all reviews? It's bullshite and shout be illegal what they are doing to small businesses
Does anyone on here know how to get the good positive reviews to show on our account?

I may be a retard, but I just checked my app, picked a random local restaurant (family owned) and clicked on reviews. It shows some, then I can simply click on the "56" More Reviews box. Can you not?

I try to look at the dates on reviews. If I see several shite reviews from 2019 and several good ones more recently, I assume the mgmt changed or the owner quit drinking.

It’s ridiculous, same with Google reviews. Posted this before, but ~3 years ago an UberEats driver wrote a 1 star review for my firm because an employee didn’t “tip enough” on a food delivery. Damn near act of congress to get it taken down

Home service companies like the OP.
OP, it sucks but wherever people will look to book your business you need to kiss arse and pump the positive reviews.
Yelp really isn't hard, can you not get a bunch of people motivation to get them to write positive reviews?
