She's currently the hottest/most popular pop star. So all the attention is on her. This is how society works with celebrities.
She may not be beatuiful but when you see her in her sparkly leotards, you cannot say you woulnd't want to hit it.

Your answer is in this thread:
1 - Her target audience is young (straight) women, they probably like that she is somewhat normal and doesn’t perform half naked or very attractive. They can relate to her.
2 - She’s insanely talented and successful.
This thread being 4+ pages in 20 minutes on a predominately male message board just shows how successful she is. And we’re not even her target audience.
My question is why does she receive so much hate? Other than other people like me dropping $500 for my wife to go to her concert.

I was told a few weeks ago(in a thread discussing her ridiculous ticket prices,) that she has a multi-generational audience
Girls who listen to her and guys who want to get in their pants? Maybe the mom’s pants too.

Max only did co-writes and production on 3 of her albums well after she was already famous (1989, Red, and Reputation, all released between 2012 and 2017). He was a co-writer on 4 of her #1 hits, though.
She was famous but these albums were what made her a superstar. A 5 year stretch of working with Max Martin is a long arse time, baw. 2010 Taylor Swift isn’t close to the same person 2018 Taylor Swift is. She switched from country-pop to pop with the one guy who has repeated success catering to brain dead idiots. And it really paid off for her.

great singer/star, but yeah, i sorta agree... relatively plain in the looks department...
i'd smash, no doubt, but there are so many much better looking girls out there...
and as far as her and Kelce, you couldn't pick two more different people and i don't see this "relationship" going very far, if at all...

she looks like the girl who texts you to come over for a wild night and when you arrive she's in sweatpants with margaritas and a fixer upper marathon on TV

She is very average looking, but I agree that no one can deny that she is extremely talented in writing songs that girls and women can relate to and enjoy. It's like crack for their brains.

I don’t think most guys find her that attractive. I mean she is pretty but in the world of celebs she ain’t nothin special

FYI, years ago I was in a bar in Breckenridge and they played a death metal version of "Blank Page" and honestly it was pretty great
The song is called Blank Space. I Prevail does a pretty good metal cover of it.

Very true. Definitely was a wise career move, and she made the absolute most out of that opportunity.

I’ll take Carly Simon and her nipples. You know that mouth could eat some corn on the cob.

You seem to know a lot about this topic

I heard that she worked with Jack Antonof on this latest album and the music does sound more mature to me. I kinda like that one song, Antihero, for a pop song.

She was certainly "extra" for that entire game. Losing her damn mind, more than actual Chiefs fans and family members of the players.
There's a lot of the same weird, acts like a child bit that we all saw with Michael Jackson. You're a grown arse adult, stop acting like you're 10.
