You should keep one of them. It’ll make it easier for you to bring your cases of Natty Light to your buddy’s trailer on the other side of the park.

Do you live near a bus stop? Probably a poor person pushing their groceries to the bus stop and leaving the cart there when they get on.

Uh there’s one not too far, but we live deep in the neighborhood so they wouldn’t walk all the way to our house if that’s what they were doing

Collect them then people will have something to use for your future garage sale.

Or probably carport.

May be a neighbor who doesn't drive. If so, pretty shitty.

But that's all I can think of other than a nearby homeless camp (they usually take the cart into the woods) or bus stop.

Sounds like someone is playing a prank on you and you’re being annoying about it.

I'll do you one better, I rented my house out several years ago, to a PhD math student at U of MT. He dropped out, and I quickly found out he was a methhead, with a probation officer.

His father, a nerdy prof himself, had vouched for him and cosigned the lease.

On Superbowl Sunday, my property manager called to tell me there was a homeless man (not the tenant) sleeping on my front porch and Albertson's carts in my front yard.

I later discovered my tenant had this email address: methematician@gmail.com

I actually met his poor parents at the airport after they'd cut short their Amsterdam trip to come check on their mathematician because he'd disappeared, shortly after I evicted his arse. Poor folks. I hugged and consoled the crying elderly mother.

Don't be a landlord.

I can see how this would bother you, having those things just show up in the middle of the night. Just think, if you had a couple of lady friends over for a nightlong threesome and the next morning you’d might end up having the cart in front of the whores.

Are you sure they aren't dropping off your daughter?

Prob just some kid trying to be funny. Set a camera and find out who he is. Let him keep doing it but find out where he lives and go bring them to his house.

Could it be a buddy pulling a prank? That would be pretty classic.

Fix the hole in the nearby fence. There’s a reason they ditch the cart at that spot routinely.

They might have the sensors in them that lock them up. It must kick in by your house.
