Eating sliced cucumbers and tomatoes that you grew yourself, just a little salt and pepper on each slice. Something very satisfying about eating homegrown vegetables.

Sleeping on fresh, clean sheets.
Sleeping in hotels with the thick black out curtains.
Going camping and take a nap in your tent during the day cause of a rainstorm, so you doze off to the sound of raindrops on the tent.
Waking up in the middle of the night to go the bathroom and you think it is already time to get up...then look at your phone and see you still have 4-5 hours of sleep left.
