That was time travel, not teleportation

Longggggggg way to go though.

.0009% success rate with just subatomic particles.

(I thought this seemed old...check the date hombre)

I read that and all I learned was that out of millions of protons, 900 made it. And of the 900 the explanation is something about wavelengths that are identical in two places at once. So basically I have no clue what they accomplished or why you think it’s a big deal. I’m sure the other 99% of OT posters will rush to explain quantum entanglement theory for me.

False.

100% bullshite.

Also, top scientists have to be in tibet to pull this off, they can't just do it from Hong Kong or shang hai?

They have to be in a secret place in the remote mountains.....

Isn’t the copy of you that is left behind destroyed in teleportation?

The cool kids refer to this phenomenon as spooky action at a distance.

There’s about 7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 atoms in the human body.

They were successful 900/1,000,000 photons over a month.

Now imagine putting together the aforementioned atoms (and all of their protons, neutrons, and electrons) like a giant jigsaw puzzle, with one mistake possibly killing you, giving you cancer, deforming you, etc.

Human teleportation is nowhere close to being even a thought of a reality until we understand the brain.

Reality is that we won’t have teleportation until a sophisticated AI comes up with a way to do it.

Depends on how it’s accomplished. There are theoretical warp in spacetime possibilities that wouldn’t destroy the “original”, but there’s an argument to be made that that is simply travel, not teleportation.
