She can do it legally by joining the Armed Forces while also serving her country! One of my best friends ran the sniper program for the United States Army Special Forces (Green Berets) and has some great stories from Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq (he was severely wounded in Afghanistan). His longest shot on target was 4,676 meters in Utah with a .50 cal and it took the bullet 11.5 seconds to reach the target. On a human 1,863 meters with a .300 Win Mag. Shot two guys with one bullet from 272 meters- killed the front guy but only wounded the guy behind him. If you want to read about a real hero watch these videos (Scott Ford is my bud).

Guy I grew up with was bilingual in English and French. Smart as hell too. Enlisted with Marines after high school. Another buddy enlisted with him and said soon after boot camp the guy went dark and his personal effects were sent home. CIA for sure, but he’s prob not pulling the trigger.
