That is not normal.
If she's 12 and she's a sociopath, then that die has already been cast at this point. That said, I don't think all sociopaths are of the same degree. She does care somewhat about getting in trouble.
Maybe being a CIA field op would be right up her alley? There's plenty of sociopaths that manage to lead very productive lives.

Camp Peary is no joke and the final stages of police impersonation, assassination and body disposal of a random victim are tumultuous.
Sounds like she’s right on track though to be targeted and initially screened to be recruited.

It is good to have a goal in life, and the parents should foster this interest. I'm sure they can find summer camps to encourage development along these lines.

Not to mention the total commitment that one must give to their job.
But any 12 year old knows exactly what they want to do as a career and focuses on it, I envy them. I wish that when I was 12, I found something I was so passionate about, that I would have been focused enough to start pursuing it.
They should show her that series with Sascha Baron Cohen where he played an Israeli spy. I wouldn't wish that life on anyone.
