To her credit, at least she told him this requirement before getting married. I think that she’s just trying to chase him away. She and her friends probably had a blast coming up with those outrageous demands, figuring that there’s no way he’d agree to them.

If she is already making financial demands as a girlfriend, she will become a monster as a wife.
She will never be satisfied with his income level, no matter how much he makes.
