I always feel kind of bad for the spouse of shitty coworkers. It’s especially awkward when they’re bragging about them in front of you.

FWIW OP, you and your fiancee both sound like little bitches. You don't have to be best friends with all of your co-workers, and why did care what people say about you behind you back? Tell her to go to work do her job and come home. Christ some people are so sensitive.

They called the girl T-Rex because she got short arms I guess. But it hurt her feelings pretty badly. She really is a sweet and kind girl. If she was a bitch or count, I'd say whatever this is was justified. She just doesn't have it in her.

HR route, but I'll think they'll just say cut it out. If they're not saying it to her face I don't think they'll do much. People talk behind colleagues back all the time.

I was on a job in which 99.4% of the people were male. One of the female workers use to adjust her walk when she came around areas in the building where it was all men. People started calling her shake and bake. Eventually someone told her that people called her shake and bake and one day she came up to the area where it was all men and she just said really loud "I just want to let everyone know that shake and bake is here... I know that's what yall call me" and someone said "that's not the only thing we call you" and she was all like "so what else do yall call me" then people just started saying random names.. She got pissed and left and from that point on people would call her by that name when she came around.. She eventually figured out she had to play along with it.
