Honest response: address parties who have issues with her. People will be 10x more vicious over a text then in real life. Most of the time you can squash a problem like that really fast if you come to a person honestly.

The coworkers can say whatever they want. As long as they don't invade her 3' halo, they are well out of reach.

With those T-Rex arms, it's probably more like a 1.5' halo.

Sometimes especially young women who start out in the workforce come off as the B word. She is probably stressing over learning the job, trying to do a good job, and if she getting married oh heck watch out. These guys probably been around awhile and they are probably more laid back. Two different types of personalities clash!

Now supervising many different type of people I understand people have different personalities or come off as something they are not if you know the person.

I think maybe she should be suttle and say hey prick can I speak to you for a minute. Just say hey I understand you called me a b word and it really offends me that a pecker like you can call me a b word. Grow a pair and deal with it or don’t accidently run your face into my fist.

Or

Just have her ask the person can I speak to you on the side. Then say hey I heard you called me the b word. I am really sorry if I offended you in some way which was not my intention. If it is something I did please let me know what I did to offend you.

You might want to stay out of this it can make things worse and she probably does not want that.
