Is there anything going on other than the text?? If no, it really doesn't seem like harassment... Not everyone is going to like her. I know there are people who work with who don;t like me and probably talk about me behind my back.
If there is more going on, I would seriously think before reporting to HR... sometimes visiting HR is only going to fuel the fire

If this was me, I'd make a joke of it but again, people don't talk shite to my face so I never know about it. But she is a sensitive woman with feelings. This is completely foreign to me, so I was looking for advice besides beat the dog shite out of him. I know that.

What she really needs to do is to make the comment herself, in front of the people that have called her that. Like, ask people to get things for her bc she can't reach it due to her short arms. Just really overdo it until it wears the shine off of it for them.
