Louisiana Dept of Health has already ruled today that their employees have to wear a mask regardless of vax status. So much for following the science, huh?

I'll say no, the evidence on vaccines is pretty solid. This is different than in the past where there wasn't a vaccine.
That said I could see them identify people like cancer patients or immune suppressed individuals and say you might want to indoors in large crowds.

No. I think they are waiting to see if this surge is going to peak while also using the rising cases to push for vaccinations. If the numbers climb another week I think they'll do something to appease the covidians.
