Yea I fricked up with that saying no skin. It's no batter. Best wings I ever had were in St. John's newfoundland. They had all you can eat for $20. Not too many places in the south cook wings right by my standards.

Could be wrong, those don't look like frozen wings. They look like school lunch chicken nuggets. Someone could probably trick me with Tyson frozen boneless wings and I wouldn't know the difference, but yeah, nuggets would be too obvious.

I'm the only person out of my good friends that gets em naked. I don't want to fill up on the batter. It's what gives you those shits the next day when combined with too much cheap draft beer

I think Hooters is one of the only places that breads their regular wings anyway. True buffalo wings are not battered. They're just fried with the skin on which crisps up nicely.
Boneless wings are breaded because chicken breasts are often sold without skin,so there's nothing to crisp up.
And fwiw while on the topic in this thread, if you like normal buffalo sauce wings (meaning not all those other flavors), nothing in town beats Chimes. I like Pluckers fine, but Chimes buffalo suace is so good. And bigger wings.
TJ Ribs also has good wings if you're into the huge whole wings with the tips still on.

Made some the other night at home and used the crystal sauce tossed in a metal bowl. They were really good.

What do you think "boneless" wings are? They are nuggets made from scraps at the plant.
Quit being a pussy and eat them off the bone like a man.

Do 1/3 butter to 2/3 sauce next time
Add Tabasco for more spice if you like it fiery.

BWW is horrid. Wingstop is much better, not sure if they have those in BR but if so I would go there.
ETA: boneless?

Worst excuse for a restaurant on planet earth. Never had good service, customer base sucks, wings are awful and overpriced for frozen garbage. I loathe this place.
Your story proves my point exactly.
My sentiments exactly. I may add Ruby Tuesday but I think BWW is the WORST. They have ZERO to offer that's edible. I rather pick up a sandwich from a gas station cooler than pay for that shite. They can't even trot out french fries that are edible. Oh, and the usual crowd/customers are trash. People laugh at Wal-Mart but their 'deli' has wings 10X better than BWW.

Dark horse candidate: Duvic's wings.
Best wings in town.

BWW are easily the worst wings I've had at a "wing" restaurant. If you don't tell them extra crispy they come out gummy and gross. Even then they are usually shitty.

For sure send the picture to corp and complain. You should get taken care of pretty well especially if your pissed during your conversation.
The Manager never should have told his employees to let people know this because they should not have done it. They are violating a franchise agreement by serving unapproved product in the store.
He could have called the owner, corp, or other area stores to get the correct product. Someone screwed up on ordering or prep and was trying to cover their arse.
He couldn't see the forest through the trees and caused more problems instead of fixing the situation. Him being honest pissed you off worse than you would have been if they were just out, and he wouldn't of hurt the brand.
I oversee 8 restaurants, and if your managers aren't taught correctly things can snowball quickly. I'm sure you won't be the only complaint they get.

I'm a hardcore BWW loyalist, and even I admit their service is absolute garbage. Can't tell you how many walk-in orders I've picked up to bring home to a group of people and half the order is messed up. Started checking the order completely after it kept happening and without fail, I'd have to wait like 15-20 minutes for them to fix something they messed up.
And it isn't like it is a single BWW, it's multiple in every state. They just suck at getting orders correct.
That being said, I love the shite out of their sauces. I have a bottle of Spicy Garlic at my house.
Jammin Jalapeno
Spicy Garlic
Hot BBQ
Old Wild recipe (their new one is garbage)
Mango Habanero
They're fricking awesome.

I haven't been to BWW in almost 2 years, mainly because they are scarce around Denver, or at least my part of town. I did always love the Caribbean Jerk sauce. Used to bring bottles of it home for cooking with chicken.

Call corporate. You'll get a gift card.
How does a wing place run out of wings on a Monday at lunch?
1 of 2 things.
1)Bad communication at BWW with human error.
2)Bad logistics service.
