Women always have the hardest job in the world whether that’s single mom, teacher, nurse, posting on social media for a car dealership, etc

It’s a red flag. Some women work their arse off but get little done. The easiest job I ever had (maybe actually worked 2-3 hours a week), had a female co worker who’d stress over the simplest things and always be staying late or logged in on the weekend.
Some of it may just be a female insecurity so they constantly strive for perfection when most of the time perfection isn’t necessary for simple, non critical tasks.

I think you are on to something. I strive to make my job as efficient as possible and get everything I need done in the least appropriate time to handle it all properly. This gives me more flexibility and also allows for more growth. I have zero guilt saying I only work “X” hours- ex would lose her shite constantly that she worked more hours and I made more. She couldn’t grasp that I really didn’t care that I was efficient, nor the effort and hours to build the business to that point.
