What do politics have to do with practicing proper gun safety and not taking someone else’s word for if a gun is hot or not?

He’s an actor. Are actors all trained in gun safety and responsible for checking their weapons before every take? Real question. I know they should be, but is that standard? If not, I don’t see why Baldwin should be prosecuted. I suspect the majority of actors would’ve done the same. Actors are stupid.

Let’s say you picked up your gun from your drawer thinking it was empty. Then you printed it at a friend and it went off. You know you did not load it but it was your responsibility once you picked it up to know if it was loaded or not. There are multiple guilty parties in this. Baldwin is one.
