So did we ever get the full story or resolution of the ‘black doll on a string’ incident?

do you not know why? it did not fit the narrative and it was a black and white girl trolling to get the exact response it got. Once the media realized they were played they faded it

It’s a viral tik tok trend in China. Short sighted. Perhaps malicious but overall just dumb young women doing dumb stuff for some type of “social experiment”.

Pretty much this. The mom of the black girl said she spoke to her daughter and "doesn't know why they were doing that." It was pretty clear they were in on it together, either for some social experiment or for attention

The black community wanted so badly for that to be some big racist thing. It was not. It was a stupid teenager thing, from some likely liberal chick who was doing it with her black friend. High school/college kids just do weird stuff, that's it.

In the story about the PMAC bomb threat where they arrested a black LSU student, there were dozens of comments of "But they din do nothin about the girl dragging the black doll" or "still waiting on the girl with the black doll to be arrested"
Basically excusing a bomb threat because of a doll.

I think we are extremely underestimating how brainwashed the black community is becoming from social media. I've seen a few things from black co workers, and it is absolutely ridiculous. Basically slavery slavery slavery, people are still being lynched, us vs them, whitey is the devil, etc.
